The Chapristee pattern is for beginner sewers who have already sewn a garment or accessory.
By sewing Chapristee, you will be able to:
• Sew jersey,
• Attach a neckline band,
• Assemble sleeves,
• Finish with a twin needle,
• Sew a patch pocket (optional),
• Sew a clean finish binding (optional).

Supplies
This pattern is designed for stretchy fabric:
Jersey, cotton jersey, viscose jersey. For a thicker t-shirt (especially for a long-sleeved version), you can use a light French terry.
Choose a fabric with a minimum stretch rate of 30%.

- A piece of thin iron-on interfacing (20 cm x 20 cm) if you are adding a pocket.

Cut your fabric following the pattern outlines; you do not need to add seam allowances as they are included. For your information: seam allowances are 1 cm and hems are 2 cm. For technical reasons, these measurements may vary, but in that case, I will let you know 😊
